Control Quality Process

Firstly, for raw materials, we implement timely Incoming Quality Control (IQC). We exclusively source materials from certified and trusted suppliers who maintain robust quality management systems and possess the necessary certifications, including RoHs, Reach, MSDS, FDA, LFGB, UL, EN549, BPA free, EN71, and more.

Secondly, during the pre-production phase, we provide clients with samples for testing and promptly seal them upon approval.

Throughout bulk production, we execute thorough In-Process Quality Control Sampling (IPQCS), Production Quality Control (PQC), and a final Quality Control (FQC) check after deburring or edge finishing. Our keen focus on issue detection, resolution, and cost-efficiency results in reduced defects and manufacturing costs.

Finally, in the post-production stage, we conduct Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) through sampling inspections to ensure that the final product aligns with our stringent quality standards
